Straight answers from someone who actually lives here.
I've been in Colorado since I was a kid, and in roofing for five years. In that time I've walked thousands of Colorado roofs, hail-battered shingles in Broomfield, flat commercial decks in Denver, full tear-offs in Erie. What I've learned is that most homeowners don't need a hard sell. They need someone to tell them the truth about what's up there, what it'll cost, and what their insurance will and won't cover. That's the job I signed up for.
I'm a family man, a Broomfield Chamber Ambassador, and an award-winning young professional in this industry. You'll find me at ribbon cuttings, chamber coffees, school fundraisers and community events all over the Front Range. I'm not going anywhere, which means when you call me in year seven of your warranty, I'll pick up.

I climb up, take drone and close-up photos, and give you a plain-English report. No cost, no obligation, often same-day.

Findings & Options
We sit down with the photos. I explain what I found, what it means, and lay out your options, including doing nothing.
- Step 03
Insurance or Estimate
If it's a claim, I document it and meet your adjuster on site. If it's out of pocket, you get a clear, itemized estimate.
- Step 04
Material Selection
Shingle profile, color, and upgrades. I'll bring samples and show you what it looks like on homes in your neighborhood.

Installation
Crews arrive on schedule, protect your landscaping, and finish most residential roofs in a single day.
- Step 06
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
We walk the property together, magnet-sweep for nails, and I hand you your warranty documentation. Then I stay reachable.
