Don't take my word for it.

I don't buy leads and I don't knock doors after storms. Almost everything I do comes from somebody telling somebody else that I did what I said I'd do. That's a fragile way to build a business, and it's the only way I want to build one.

It also keeps me honest. When your next job depends on the last homeowner's opinion of you, you answer the phone, you show up when you said you would, and you tell people when they don't need a new roof.

So if I worked on your house, good, bad, or somewhere in between, I'd genuinely like to hear it. And if something went sideways, call me before you write it. I would much rather fix it.
