About

I'm Austin. I've been on a lot of Colorado roofs.

I work with homeowners, realtors and property managers across the Front Range, inspecting, documenting and explaining roofs in plain English. No jargon, no pressure, and a phone number that still works after the job is done.

The story

How I ended up here.

I grew up in Colorado, and I've never really wanted to be anywhere else. The weather here is part of the deal, the sun, the wind, and the hail that shows up out of a blue sky and rearranges a neighborhood in fifteen minutes.

I found roofing through the people side of it. What kept me in it wasn't shingles; it was sitting at a kitchen table with someone who'd just been handed an insurance letter they couldn't decode, and watching them relax once somebody finally explained it. Education and communication turned out to be the whole job.

What bothers me about this industry is easy to name. Homeowners get buried in jargon they were never meant to understand. Storm-chasers roll into town after a hailstorm, sign whatever they can and disappear before the first inspection. And plenty of contractors go quiet the moment the check clears.

So I do it the other way. I show you photos of your own roof. I tell you what I'd do if it were my house. I stay on the claim with you from the first call to the final invoice, and I answer the phone myself, before, during and long after.

What I'm building now is simple: a roofing practice in my own name, in the communities I actually live in, that people feel good sending their neighbors to.

What I believe

Four things I don't bend on.

A free inspection should be free. No bait, no switch.

If your roof is fine, I'll tell you it's fine.

You should understand your own insurance claim.

The warranty is only as good as the person who answers the phone.

Community

A neighbor, not a storm-chaser.

I've been a Colorado local since childhood, and I'm raising my family here. I serve as a Broomfield Chamber Ambassador, which means I'm one of the people welcoming new businesses to town, cutting ribbons with them and connecting them to folks who can help. Most weeks you'll find me at a chamber coffee, a networking breakfast, a grand opening or a local fundraiser.

I like being useful outside of roofs too. I sponsor and show up for youth sports and school fundraisers, I refer work to other local trades and small businesses before I ever refer it out of town, and I've helped neighbors tarp roofs after a storm with no invoice attached. That's just what living somewhere looks like.

Faith and family shape how I run this. When the storm rolls through and the out-of-town trucks roll out, I'm still here, same phone number, same neighborhood, same name on the truck.

Let's talk

Send me up there. I'll tell you the truth.

Whether it's hail, a leak, a closing deadline or just a nagging feeling, one climb and a set of photos usually settles it. Free, and no obligation after.
